It is a simple 2-step process:
Once you pay, your account is instantly active, and you can start taking classes immediately from your Dashboard.
If your subscription has expired, simply Log In and go to the Enrollment Page. You will see options to renew your plan. Once paid, your access is instantly restored.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through our secure payment processor.
State regulations require you to spend a minimum amount of time studying the material (usually 60 minutes per credit hour). You will see a Green Timer in the sidebar. Once the timer reaches 00:00, the "Take Quiz" button will unlock automatically.
You must score at least 80% to pass the quiz and receive your certificate. If you score lower, you can retake the quiz immediately.
The timer has a security feature that ensures you are actively reading. If you switch tabs, minimize the window, or your screen turns off, the timer will pause. Please keep the class page open and active.
Once you pass a quiz, go to your Student Dashboard. Click on the "My Classes" tab. You will see a "Download Certificate" button next to every completed course.
Yes. CEU credits are typically valid for one year. Our system tracks your completion dates. If it has been more than 365 days since you passed a class, it will show as "EXPIRED (Retake Due)" in your dashboard, allowing you to re-take it for new credit.
Yes. The certificate automatically includes your Full Name, License Number, and State. You can update this information anytime by going to the "Edit Profile" tab in your Dashboard.
